Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Replacement Filter (Pack of 2) is designed for use with the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Perfect Prep Machine only. The replacement filters remove impurities in every drop of water and ensures your baby with cleaner and fresher water.
The recommendation is to use each filter for up to 3 months (based on consumer preparing 50 litres of water per months or 6 x 260ml bottles per day). Each filter is designed to filter no more than 150 litres of water per life, so if your consumption reaches this quantity, please change the filter earlier. With Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Replacement Filter (Pack of 2) you get 2 filters or 300 litres (approximately 6 months) of life.
Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Perfect Prep Machine has a special reminding function when the filter is out of life. When the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Replacement Filter cannot be used anymore and needs to be replaced, the machine will indicate by a warning light (immediate change needed if the warning light is flashing). How to use
How to use Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Replacement Filter (Pack of 2)
Handing the filter cartridge by the top only, remove the filter cartridge from packaging, remove sticker from the top of the filter, fill a bowl with potable (drinking) water, fully submerge the cartridge in the water and gently agitate it until the bubbles cease.
Handing the filter by the top ring only insert the new filter into the clear plastic hopper of your perfect prep machine and place it back into the water tank of the appliance.
Place a container under the appliance dispenser outlet (minimum 1 litre).
Fill the hopper with cold tap water.
Wait for the tank level warning light to go out.
Press the on/off switch.
The appliance will dispense a small quantity of hot water.
Press the on/off switch again to finish the cycle.
Discard the dispensed water.
Your system is now ready to use.

The Returns Process
Step 1 Let us know if you need to make a return by emailing us at: email@example.com with your order details.
If you need to return an item that is damaged or defective, we will supply you with a returns label.
Step 2 Return your order to us at the Returns Address. Please ensure your product(s) are securely packed.
If you are not using our returns label, please ensure you retain your shipping receipt for your reference
(we strongly recommend you return items via Royal Mail’s Signed For service as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit).
Please note: we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Step 3 Your products will arrive at Molly Mojo’s Return Address where they will be checked.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed as soon as possible after receiving
your returned goods and will be delivered via our standard delivery service. If the item is ‘out of stock’
we will aim to get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If you have chosen a refund, we will reimburse you
via the same method you chose to pay for your product(s)
