Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).

Delivery Services

  • FREE Standard Delivery On All Orders Over £40: 3-5 working days
  • Standard Delivery (3 – 5 working days) For Orders Under £40: £3.99
  • Express Delivery Next Working Day (order before 3pm): £4.95

Please note the following:

  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 15:00 (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be through Royal Mail
  • All deliveries are estimated dates only and not guaranteed. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you – usually between 8am and 8pm.
  • We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout.  The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. have a Royal Mail postcode).
  • It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery of the order at your specified delivery address, the courier will leave a card with instructions of how to obtain the parcel. Please then liaise directly with the courier to arrange collection or re-delivery of the parcel.  
  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

 Returns procedure

  • Please email us at within 14 days of receipt of your goods with your order number and items along with quantities you would like to return.
  • We will then send you a free post returns label for you to send the goods back to us.
  • Place the items you are returning inside the parcel, and attach the Freepost Returns Label to the outside of the parcel.
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office.
  • As soon as we receive your goods we will issue a refund to the same card payment was taken from within 7 working days.
Alternatively, click on the "Returns" link on the footer of the website, and you can process your return online, using your order number, surname and email address that you used for your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a saleable condition upon return.
