The robust multi-nutrient formulation contains the full spectrum of B vitamins, including folic acid, combined with A, C, D, K1 and other key minerals.

MultiVit is designed to give our bodies a unique formulation of vitamins many of us miss out on due to busy lifestyles, poor diets and the reduced nutrient quality in highly processed foods.

The combination of 14 essential nutrients works to support the body in a number of ways:

Vitamin A – Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision.

Vitamin D – Is essential for strong teeth and bones and important to maintain a health immune system.

Vitamin C – Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and nervous system. Helps fight tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin K – Works in partnership with vitamin D for optimal bone health but is also essential for blood clotting.

Vitamin B complex – Essential for energy metabolism, concentration levels and reducing tiredness and fatigue.

The final ingredients are two essential minerals, Iodine and Selenium. Iodine is important for normal cognitive and neurological function, while Selenium supports the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

How do BetterYou intraoral sprays work?

Each spray produces a plume of micro-droplets that permeate the soft-tissue of the inner cheek, delivering essential nutrients into the rich vein system below. Micro-emulsified to product optimal droplet size and plume delivery, ensuring effective absorption and the ultimate in convenience.

How to Use

Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Take four sprays daily or as directed by your health practitioner.

For children over 1, take a half dose, or try our Multivit Junior Spray

Women who are pregnant or trying to conceive should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements.

Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day.

Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use.

Once opened, use within 6 months.

Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of children’s reach.

Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Water, xylitol, emulsifier: acacia gum, ascorbic acid (C), niacinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), riboflavin 5 phosphate sodium (B2), medium chain triglyceride oil, pyridoxine HCI (B6), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, thiamine mononitrate (B1), preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring: strawberry and kiwi natural flavouring, folic acid, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium hydroxide, vitamin A palmitate (A), thickener: xanthan gum, potassium iodine, sodium selenate, phytomenadione (K1), D-biotin (B7), cholecalciferol (D3), methylcobalamin (B12).

Should I take all four sprays together or spread it throughout the day?
This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don’t forget a dose.

The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience.

Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.

Is MultiVit oral spray suitable for children?
It is suitable from 3 years of age. Halve the dosage for children under 12 as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.

Is MultiVit suitable for those with special dietary requirements?
MultiVit is suitable for vegetarians and officially approved by the Vegetarian Society.

The source of vitamin D3 contained in the MultiVit is Lanolin. This has been sourced from the wool of sheep living in Australia. The D3 is completely extracted from the Lanolin and while it is suitable for vegetarians it is not suitable for vegans.

It is also suitable for those following a coeliac or diabetic diet.

Are there any contraindications with the MultiVit spray?
There are no interactions with any medication.

We ship your order by Royal Mail Tracked, to ensure safe and swift delivery within the UK.
Delivery in the UK for free if your order is £40 or over.
We aim to ship all orders within one working day and deliver all orders within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 2.00 pm – orders received after 2.00pm may be shipped the following working day.
Please allow one additional day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and off-shore islands.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.
