How to use
Read full instructions before use
Directions: Ensure that the skin is dry and clean over the place of application.
Open the sachet by hand (do not cut), remove and unfold the heat patch.
Gently peel away the protective film from both ends on the back of the heat patch.
Apply adhesive side of the heat patch to the skin over the painful area.
After use, slowly peel off the heat patch.
Please Note: The heat patch warms up gradually and reaches maximum heat within approximately 30 minutes.
The heat patch is air-activated - do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it.
Stop use and ask a doctor if after 7 days your pain gets worse or remains unchanged as this could be the sign of a more serious condition.
Each heat patch is single use.
For external use only.
It is normal to experience slight skin redness after removing the heat patch - if your skin is still red after a few hours, stop using the heat patch until the redness goes away completely. For delicate or aging skin use Cura-Heat Neck & Shoulder indirect application.
Warning: If misused heat patches can cause burns even at low temperature
Follow instructions and monitor frequently.
To prevent the risk of burns:
Allow air to circulate over the heat patch and do not apply pressure, for example by lying on, or wearing tight clothing over the heat patch.
If heat patch becomes uncomfortably hot or a rash develops discontinue use immediately.
This heat patch should be used with careful supervision on those unable to remove the product by themselves such as elderly or physically disabled.
Do not use heat patch whilst sleeping.
Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period.
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you:
Have poor circulation or heart disease.
Have nerve damage or sensory impairment.
Have a skin condition.
Have rheumatoid arthritis.
Do not: Use heat patch on children 12 years and under.
Use heat patch on persons who have experienced allergic reactions with medicines or cosmetics in the past.
Use heat patch over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken/ bruised or irritated skin.
Use on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt.
Use heat patch in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with/ near to other heat sources. Use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers.
Knead heat patch - heat is released within minutes.
Cut or tear the heat patch.
Microwave or attempt to reheat heat patch.
Bring heat patch into contact with water or other liquids.
Ingredients can be harmful if they are ingested or come into direct contact with the skin or eyes:
If swallowed rinse mouth with water.
If they come into contact with skin or eyes rinse immediately with water.
On both occasions seek immediate medical advice.

Delivery in the UK for free if your order is £40 or over.
We aim to ship all orders within one working day and deliver all orders within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 2.00 pm – orders received after 2.00pm may be shipped the following working day.
Please allow one additional day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and off-shore islands.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.
The Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from this website.
If you have purchased a product from another supplier, you will need to return the product(s) to the supplier you bought them from.
If you return items for reasons other than a defective item or incorrect shipment, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
When we receive a return from you, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned goods,
provided you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our Returns Address (see above)
within 14 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be made against the original PayPal account or credit/debit card used.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or damaged.
In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible
for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Step 1 Let us know if you need to make a return by emailing us at: email@example.com with your order details.
If you need to return an item that is damaged or defective, we will supply you with a returns label.
Step 2 Return your order to us at the Returns Address. Please ensure your product(s) are securely packed.
If you are not using our returns label, please ensure you retain your shipping receipt for your reference
(we strongly recommend you return items via Royal Mail’s Signed For service as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit).
Please note: we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Step 3 Your products will arrive at Molly Mojo’s Return Address where they will be checked.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed as soon as possible after receiving
your returned goods and will be delivered via our standard delivery service. If the item is ‘out of stock’
we will aim to get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If you have chosen a refund, we will reimburse you
via the same method you chose to pay for your product(s)
