      How to use

      How to use Sterimar Congestion Relief Spray 50ml Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle Insert the nozzle into one nostril Press briefly without tilting your head backwards or sniffing and remove Blow your nose Repeat in the other nostril Use 2 to 6 times a day for a 10 to 15 days period.
