It is recommended to change your filter no later than 90 days after first used. Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Replacement Filter is designed to be able to filter water for up to 150 litres (based on consumer preparing 6 x 260ml bottles per day). If the approximate quantity is reached earlier than 90 days, please replace the filter then.

How to use Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Replacement Filter
Handing the filter cartridge by the top only, remove the filter cartridge from packaging, remove sticker from the top of the filter, fill a bowl with potable (drinking) water, fully submerge the cartridge in the water and gently agitate it until the bubbles cease.
Handing the filter by the top ring only insert the new filter into the clear plastic hopper of your perfect prep machine and place it back into the water tank of the appliance.
Place a container under the appliance dispenser outlet (minimum 1 litre).
Fill the hopper with cold tap water.
Wait for the tank level warning light to go out.
Press the on/off switch.
The appliance will dispense a small quantity of hot water.
Press the on/off switch again to finish the cycle.
Discard the dispensed water.
Your system is now ready to use.

your returned goods and will be delivered via our standard delivery service. If the item is ‘out of stock’
we will aim to get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If you have chosen a refund, we will reimburse you
via the same method you chose to pay for your product(s)
