Instructions For Use: Tear open pouch just before use. Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side and place over pain area with darker discs toward skin. Do not place heat cells on the back of the knee or on the inside of the bend of the arm. Do not use for more than 12hrs in a 24-hr period. Do not place extra pressure over the product eg wearing under tight waistband or belt/clothing or leaning against a hard surface. If the wrap feels too hot, stop use or wear over a layer of clothing, not directly against your skin. Stop use and consult a doctor if: You experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. After 7 days your pain gets worse or remains unchanged. Do not re-use. Never heat ThermaCare in a microwave or attempt to reheat, as wrap could catch fire. Each heat cell contains iron (approx 2g). If ingested or comes in contact with your skin or eyes, you should rinse with water and seek professional assistance immediately. DO NOT USE: With medicated topical ointments. On unhealthy, broken or damaged skin. On areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred in the last 48 hours. On areas of the body where you can't feel heat or with other forms of heat. On people unable to follow all usage instructions or remove the product, including children, infants and some elderly. Heat products can cause burns/blisters. Check skin frequently during use. If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately. The risk of burning increases as you age. If you are 55 or older, wear ThermaCare over a layer of clothing and do not wear while sleeping. Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.

How to use

DIRECTIONS Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water to make a refreshing orange flavoured drink. Take once or twice daily, as required. Do not exceed recommended intake. The Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from this website. If you have purchased a product from another supplier, you will need to return the product(s) to the supplier you bought them from.
If you return items for reasons other than a defective item or incorrect shipment, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
When we receive a return from you, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned goods,
provided you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our Returns Address (see above)

Step 3 Your products will arrive at Molly Mojo’s Return Address where they will be checked.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed as soon as possible after receiving
your returned goods and will be delivered via our standard delivery service. If the item is ‘out of stock’
we will aim to get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If you have chosen a refund, we will reimburse you
via the same method you chose to pay for your product(s)
